Review # 55 Ever After High Hat-Tastic Party Cedar Wood Doll

Ever After High Hat-Tastic Party doll line is a tea party line featuring Briar Beauty, Apple White, Cerise Hood, Cedar Wood and Madeline Hatter, who is only available with a playset. In the webisode Maddie’s Hat-Tastic Party it was was explained that when the Wonderland Grove needed a boost of wonder, Madeline Hatter decided
to throw a tea-riffic tea party to recharge this magical spot.

Hat-Tastic Party Cedar Wood is not only my favorite doll from this line, but also one of the most beautiful Cedar dolls I’ve ever seen. I already have her signature doll, Spring Unsprung doll and Birthday Ball doll and I am very happy that I was able to add another Cedar to my collection. At the beginning I was not very fond of Cedar, but she definitely grew on me and now I like her a lot.

Cedar Wood is a very well-made doll. As a daughter of Pinocchio, she looks like she was made out of wood and has a wood-grain print on her skin. She is fully articulated and she comes with a stand, a brush and a tea set that looks like it was carved from wood. Her outfit is absolutely adorable and her accessories are very detailed. I like that her bag actually opens, and that the cups and teapot are fully functional.
